The weekend at Frei How The Wind was an incredible beautiful experience.The staff take care of one, the riding line treats their horses and the riders: inside with a lot of love and the glamping tents are beautifully designed and the perfect combination of luxury and adventure.And all this only 5min away from the beach! I'll make a holiday here.
GLAMPING is the connection of camping and luxury and this is what is being implemented here at Frei as the wind. We had an excellent time! The tents/huts offer an unusual comfort for camping! Our cottage had a room with large double bed, a room with single bed and another room with two single beds. Stove, fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, a great shower cabin for 2 and the fact that in Septermber is rather low season, gave us an excellent rest. In the view of the chalets it can be assumed that something special was created here too. In the restaurant I would have liked a little more attention from the service and the children a little bigger carving. However, I am not easy to impress on the topic of food. Overall the dishes were good. The entire plant deserves 5 stars in all cases!

This operation was only opened this summer. ‘Free’ The wind” I saw as a rider on the Internet. In fact, there is behind the name a concept of a modern riding facility (on well maintained installations, including boxes for hospitable horses), noble holiday chalets and luxurious apartments. Restaurant with chalets and tents on the right side in the background before the arrival of a holiday I reserved our table for the first “right” holiday day. at first glance: everything new in the spacious complex. clean, very well maintained. Restaurant entrance free parking is available to guests. the first surprise when entering the restaurant. a passage with reception despite the prescriptive schnutenpulli of our receptionist, I recognized it immediately and I slipped out a real greeting: “We know each other from last year! waldhotel graal Müritz!”. da staunted Frau eichberg (I admit, I read in my post last year) not bad. routinely friendly she accompanied us to our reserved place and distributed the cards. We were almost the first guests and were able to look around in the rest state. the restaurant room is very large and almost completely filled during the evening. the acoustics remained very pleasant despite many guests and corresponding distances. the varied interior is harmonious. a modern country house style, we liked it well. . the murals can be purchased in trade. frau eichberg and another friendly colleague were solely responsible for the service tonight. a short chat was therefore not possible, even here there is still lack of support in the service. our drinks: 1 bottle of mineral water glass holder, 0.75 l € 5.50 for me to the Aperitif 1 crémant blanc, 0.2 l € 7.00 1 greyburgunder (pfalz,) 0.2 l – € 6.50 for my husband. 1 riesling (mosel,) 0.2 l € 6.20 for me. my husband chose the carpaccio from the pasture bark – rinderfilet, rauke, parmesan € 11.50. rindercarpaccio the clothes of the Carpaccios quite scattered. tastefully my husband was very satisfied. fine marbled bark fillet, very good and not cut too thin. so the good peculiar aroma was good to taste. complemented with Parmesan, a small marinated rocket, tomato columns and a piece of black bread. Grilled green asparagus, baked parmesan, bacon (adjusted for me), bread € 8.00 green “drilled” is now a stretchable handle in the kitchen. fried at least in the grill pan, I gave the asparagus. Anyway, he was just right for my understanding, still nice scratches, cooked. the cook would have attempted to cut off the dried end of the green asparagus. the small salad with it very fine and fresh with light dressing. also here a piece of bread. too lush the appetizers were not dimensioned. to the main course for both of us: Panfish three fish fillets depending on the catch with Dijon senfsauce, bratkartoffeln € 18,50. We asked the fishing off: dorsch, seelachs and zander had gone into the net. I can give up at Seelachs. Nevertheless, Mrs eichberg and her colleague were very attentive and friendly. when we clean our plate, we were asked for our satisfaction. we wanted to get out of the way to the total failure of the fish. I even suspected frozen fish. It was certain it was fresh fish. Our friendly service woman offered a drink to apologize. that was nice, we leaned down nicely and ordered the bill, we hope the kitchen team is still playing.
