McDonald's - Dieppe

The manager reprimanded the hardworking staff in front of a packed restaurant and lobby, shouting at the innocent worker trying to get food. It is not acceptable to lose one's temper during a busy rush, especially as an authority figure. I speak from experience as a former trainer at a different location. I do not recall the manager's name, but he had a beard and was of average size. I will be avoiding this McDonald's at all costs due to this behavior, as well as the unreasonable amount of time I had to wait for my order.

I picked up the order from the drive and the guy please me to move a little forward and he said he's gonna bring that. I wait almost minutes and no one shows up, then I go back to the window asking, then only they remember that I wait. When I checked back, he told me it was just going through and I told him they asked me to take over me and they'd take the food. I was so disappointed in this behavior. I hope this will not happen for any other cousin

Someday's the food is better than others. The french fries usually have more salt on them than there are fries. Never stop and ask when ordering, No Salt I don't want to stand for an additional to minutes just for fries. I do...not like the self order machines. They take away jobs, I think they stole jobs due to the self ordering Now I am waiting for confirmation proof that McDonald's is going to start getting their beef from the States. IF so... A&W here I come

I have tried to be fair in my assessment of this McDonald's location, as it is a fast food restaurant, but unfortunately, I have had consistently bad experiences here. Today was no exception, as I waited for an excessively long amount of time for my food, which I had already paid for but never received. The management at this establishment is unprofessional and clearly lacks the necessary skills to efficiently run a fast food restaurant. I had to request a refund today because I simply could not wait any longer for my quarter pounder meal. If McDonald's cannot provide prompt service, then they are failing to live up to their reputation as a fast food establishment.

Wait minutes for an americano coffee while the cars me in the drive through today morning. I actually went to the window to knock to see what was going on, as I had not ordered food. when she approached my car. I asked why it would take so long for a coffee. she answered his special coffee. a journey through should not serve a coffee that takes so long. I was with other mcdonalds and usually when I arrive next window, it's done. my coffee was terrible and had no taste. I will not return there for my morning coffee.
