Bidra med feedbackFor years not been with wendys, we thought we would stop and have a late lunch. it took forever to get the food we had ordered. our frits and chili sat on a tablet on the counter for at least 5 minutes before filling out the rest of the order. I asked for fresh pommes when I take the food they have replaced. like most almost food restaurants today has changed the quality of eating.
Shortly before midday, and there were probably 8 cars in front of me. I used to work almost food, so they have reasonable expectations for the service during the rush. I was pleasantly surprised that waiting was much faster than the time before 45-50 min. today was 15-20 min. the staff was friendly and pleasant, although the nuggets and pommes were only room pace. also the cookie was either baked or stabbed. nice to see that the drive thru better flow, now hopefully they can focus on food temps, and not prepare so much before the time that it gets old before they are sold.
Wendy's was one of the best places to eat in Dickinson, until just a few months ago. I don't know if it is a change of management or what, but each time we go we have had to wait in line a long time, and have even been turned away because we finally got up to order at 8.02 and they closed at 8 even though we were in line at least 15-20 minutes before that. We tried another time to eat in, and there was a sign saying they would be closing at 8, (it was 4pm) and the door was unlocked, but once inside, an employee told me they were short staffed and to use the drive thru. My husband counted 8 employees though. Honestly, I am not sure this Wendy's will be able to earn back our loyalty after being burned so many times. So frustrating!
Ice cold and idk what this is supposed to be but it wasn't what I expected. We were also missing our 4 burgers but we didn't want to waste the time to go back.
The lobby was closed at 8pm and, the drive thru was backed up all the way around the building. When we finally got to the menu board to order the employee started speaking their native language, which we could not understand and was arguing with someone else in the building. After waiting at the board for 5 mins and having cars behind us, we drove away without ordering anything and went somewhere else to eat. Also would like to note that even when the lobby is open or you can order in the drive thru that the food is never right unless, you just order it how it comes. We will no longer visit this place and advise people to avoid it like the plague.
