Little Caesars Pizza - Dewitt

I was told I had to wait 20 minutes for 2 Italian cheese bread and and order of crazy bread,.... Now that's the slowest I have ever heard of for any little Caesars ever... Horrible and the employees looked as if they had the same uniform on for weeks,dirty, disgusting looking employee who probably make subpar food, I didn't wait. Hey little Caesars, bring corporate here andfigure out what's going on with this store please

Service has gone way down hill. Won't be returning after giving this location multiple chances to improve. Walked in tonight only to not be greeted while multiple employees stood around, and were messing around in the back. I left shortly after walkingin as it was obvious nobody was going to serve me, and the employees did not care that they lost a customer. Some young kidswere joking around in the back, sitting on the counter by where they make the pizzas (disgusting!!! , and joking around.Extremely disappointed. How many 1 star reviews will it take for this location to get it together? I am flabbergasted, I havenever had this bad of service my whole life. 68 years old today.

I should have known while I was ordering my food over the phone what my experience was going to be like. The guy was rude. I simply asked for Italian seasoning garlic butter over the pizza and the guy says we don 't typically do that here . I told himto charge me if necessary, I always order it this way. He said we don 't do that here. He told me it would be 25 minutes. Ishowed up about 20 minutes later. The guy is rude, doesn 't make eye contact at all during the visit. The food was ready, but bythe time I got it home (5 minute commute) the pizza was old and nasty. Definitely not fresh. No need to return to thislocation! I 'd recommend avoiding this location!

Little Caesars in DeWitt has really gone down hill!! I regularly go there, my husband loves pizzas and you can?t beat the price but, the service is terrible anymore! There's never any hot and readys available and the workers there aren't friendly exceptfor one. I'm not sure if it's because they are short staffed or what but it's def not like it was.
