Ordered from here several times and always good. The delivery drivers were always respectful and fast.

Waited 50 min over the anticipated wait time provided on app, along with multiple other people having same issue. No compensation provided. If wait time is that long, the app should reflect that.

Customer service is horrible, I visited this shop a few weeks ago and I spoke to the manager and another employee with green hair, they were both rude and did not greet me or acknowledge me for that matter. When I asked if they could add some parmesan packets on the side the lady sighed and rolled her eyes

Never answer the phone take online orders the last 3 times I've tried during posted open hours. A shame they don't appreciate there customers because they definitely lost me for good .

Delivery charge is outrageous for an in town delivery. Trying to pick up on a slightly busy afternoon is a nightmare. Had an employee complain about it only being him there all day, the store had only been open an hour.
