Hungry Howie's Pizza - Dewitt

I'd like to give a shoutout to Matt from the DeWitt Hungry Howie's! Not only does he provide fantastic customer service, but he also surprises our puppies with treats when he delivers our pizza! That's impressive! Thank you so much!

We ordered pizza through DoorDash, but our order was never delivered. Not only did we not receive our food, but now we have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund. So, we're left without either our meal or our money.

Alex Wasson was incredibly helpful, and our order was just right.

Customer service is horrible, I visited this shop a few weeks ago and I spoke to the manager and another employee with green hair, they were both rude and did not greet me or acknowledge me for that matter. When I asked if they could add some parmesan packets on the side the lady sighed and rolled her eyes

Never answer the phone take online orders the last 3 times I've tried during posted open hours. A shame they don't appreciate there customers because they definitely lost me for good .
