It's a must visit if you're in Dewey. Sunday brunch is a great way to grab breakfast with friends and family. Then, stay to socialize or watch the games.

The Starboard used to be a very great fun place to have a meal or drink for as long as I could remember from all the years I’ve been coming down to Delaware until I found out the other night about how unprofessional ignorant one of the staff members was. The bouncer out front let in all members of the group I was with except for of course, myself. The first excuse was there were “too many people inside” which wasn’t right since there were many people walking out while I was at the entrance trying to check in! Then another bouncer said “I was too intoxicated to enter” which for a fact I wasn’t at all and everyone that was there to witness the scene admitted I wasn’t either (got into another bar afterwards no problem). Not sure why they were treating me without respect so against me coming in and having a few drinks but after that bad experience, my hard-earned money will never go to The Starboard ever again which is shame since I’ve been coming there for years with no issues. I will be more than happy to bring my business to 100x better local spots that treat loyal customers with respect, and a professional atmosphere instead of this overrated Tourist Trap.
