Ivy Kitchen Cocktails - Detroit

I’m so glad I found this hidden gem! Food was amazing creative with lots of flavor. All of the staff were SO hospitable and made us feel welcomed. The cocktails tasted good, but slightly watered down and weak. Will definitely be back for the wanton tacos.The only reason I give it 4 stars is because of the drinks and they charge a 20% service…on more than your subtotal. In general I’m not a fan of this new trend, but because it ends up being greater than 20% of your subtotal it ends up being pricier than expected.

10/10 would definitely recommend! The service was great from the moment we walked through the door. We went during happy hour and celebrated my mom’s birthday. The drinks were amazing and different and the food came out HOT! We all tried a Blueberry Martini, but what was really different and good was the Rusty Screw drink.Our waitress Mya was on her A game all night and the Manager Meka was lovely as well.I definitely will be coming back to try their brunch and different dinner entrees!

The food was good and the staff is very friendly and pleasant. However, they need a bartender. The manager greeted you at door, helped,the waiter bring the food to the table and tried to make the cocktails. That caused the service to be slow.

Our family came for brunch together. We were running late so my niece ordered one of each of the brunch dishes except the sandwiches. I mean everything was delicious and so artfully served! We really loved the seafood chowder and the salmon w shrimp and grits! The atmosphere is really nice, the music was great and all of the staff were warm and inviting! Ricka was our attendant and she did such an awesome job!
