Overall not bad???? restrooms are tucked away somewhere deep in the building ???? Portion sizes are on the small side ???? Prices are higher than usual ???????? Staff is cool ?????????????????????? Can be busy ?????????????????????????? Had a lot of fun ??????? No parking ???????? Wide selection of smoothies that were all yummy ???? They also had wraps to offer as well???????? Good for a quick bite to eat to go or dine-in ???????????

Quick fresh and easy service I get the Cilantro Chicken on spinach wrap, very good! Cilantro sauce not spicy enough for me????, but good #detroitchik????

I love beyond juicery and eatery... but why don't they ever change or at least add limited edition or maybe even build your own smoothie options. I've had many of the options on the menu and would like to see more tasty options.

The worst customer service experience.... we were never greeted. The only person that was behind the counter when we came in walked to the back after my son and I had been standing at the counter for 3 minutes. After 7 minutes I ordered online and 3 minutes later workers finally came from the back. It took another 10 minutes for drink/food prep. There was never an apology or acknowledgement of wait time. There was no thank you or have a nice day. I only stopped here because my son requested it and wanted a healthy option for dinner.

Service seems to have gone down at this location. They seem to be short staffed, overwhelmed and overworked, and I actually felt sorry for them. The last 3 times I've ordered online for pickup, my smoothie is always missing mint, and I have to wait another 20 mins. for them to make another one. I suspect that the other locations are doing so well that corporate doesn't care about this one as much anymore. I will probably stop coming here, and rather then send me the same canned response of emailing support, please feel free to forward this message yourself if you're really concerned about the service at Eastern Market.
