Beyond Juicery Eatery - Detroit

The worst customer service experience.... we were never greeted. The only person that was behind the counter when we came in walked to the back after my son and I had been standing at the counter for 3 minutes. After 7 minutes I ordered online and 3 minutes later workers finally came from the back. It took another 10 minutes for drink/food prep. There was never an apology or acknowledgement of wait time. There was no thank you or have a nice day. I only stopped here because my son requested it and wanted a healthy option for dinner.

Service seems to have gone down at this location. They seem to be short staffed, overwhelmed and overworked, and I actually felt sorry for them. The last 3 times I've ordered online for pickup, my smoothie is always missing mint, and I have to wait another 20 mins. for them to make another one. I suspect that the other locations are doing so well that corporate doesn't care about this one as much anymore. I will probably stop coming here, and rather then send me the same canned response of emailing support, please feel free to forward this message yourself if you're really concerned about the service at Eastern Market.

Busy busy vibrant location located across from the historical Eastern Market. Pack your patience even if you order online. There's usually a wait. Team is friendly. Smoothies are tasty, but for some odd reason my Alive smoothie never tastes as good as the versions I purchase at other Beyond Juicery locations. They also no longer offer protein collagen powder.

Absolutely amazing place delicious homemade chili and the shakes are amazing too! Excellent friendly and helpful customer service here like none other, great work here I?ll definitely be back as soon as possible!
