Bidra med feedbackI want to like this place, it's close to our Beachhouse. But I don't consider karaoke live music. What a letdown the staff was very rude and Unknowledgeable, when I asked when they would be live music ? Their answer, was look at our website how rude. I will not go back.
Was excited to check it out, it 's a neat looking place.Unfortunately, they 're cashless , you don 't get greeted by a server, they just have a web app you have to order everything over. Out of luck if you have questions.Web app doesn 't work great because there 's bad cell service inside.Prices are high, and they add an automatic 18% gratuity without telling you, so you tip normally on top of that. It 's pretty crazy.The inside is cool, but the management should understand that sometimes technology makes things worse.We go to a restaurant for an experience and friendly service, I can order food on an app from home.It feels strange sitting at a bar and having no bartender talking to you, just a disinterested person hand you a QR code to scan and then walk away.Especially given the astronomical prices and bait and switch on the gratuity.
Me and a friend went to this restaurant and honestly the service was terrible but that’s besides the point. My card was ran and then informed that it did not go through so my friend gave them her card it went through but they double charged her. Come to find out my car went through too so we were triple charged. Along with being triple charged the tip. I have made multiple attempts to management to resolve this with promises of being called and never happening there has been weeks and no one has attempted to even resolve this. This point I have contacted my financial institutions and reached out to the fraud department because this is more than a dispute this is fraud . Please rectify this and I will resolve everything on my end but until then I am looking into legal action as I believe this is more than a mistake I believe this is actual crimes. So I will also be pursuing this legally. Not to mention that I have come to the restaurant multiple times and they may promise after promise that this will be taken care of. What a joke. I am a local in a business owner myself and I would never treat my clientele this way. I would guess your days are numbered as an establishment in this area.
Outstanding venue food looked and smelled great. Our first time so we pregame food but drinks were on point. Will be back and try the food soon. Date 09/24/2022
We went back for a second time this week. We sit outside to listen to the karaoke. I ordered the burger and the wife ordered BBQ. Both were delicious and we were entertained well by the karaoke our waiter was good too!
