7-eleven - Desert Hot Springs

The store is quite decent. It’s a 7-Eleven that offers a variety of items, but it doesn't sell any alcohol—only beer and wine are available. The staff are friendly, and the grill food is tasty. The layout makes it convenient to get in and out. Overall, I would rate it about three or four stars.

I visited during the busiest time, and Maria, the clerk, was handling things all on her own. I had to wait a bit, but she was working really hard and doing an excellent job. She must be new because I’ve never seen her here before, and I’m a regular customer. Great job with customer service, Maria!

This 7-11 may appear to have great promotions on their products, but they often fail to include the full range of items that the advertisements mention. Be cautious when purchasing two of any product to avoid being overcharged by these careless employees. There's another store less than three minutes away that operates with integrity and does their job well.

My experience here was great, I just got a big water and was out fast and it was nice and cold after a good walk so that was refreshing and luckily they had accepted Apple Pay since at the moment I didn't have any other money on me. Overall, I'd highly recommend it here and would come again if I am ever in the area.
