Kfc - Des Plaines

I had a voucher for a big meal for $7.99 when I moved to the menu card, it was the same price. when I asked, I received a muttered answer to control. I moved up, gave the young man a $10 bill. he gave me my drink and then my meal. never told me how much it was, never gave me a change and gave me no reception. very bad experience.

Great place to grab a yummy supper when I don't feel like cooking. The people at the counter are friendly and seem to enjoy their job. The store is kept clean as are the restrooms. Over all good place. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Very rude staff, waited 20 minutes for order. Had to go inside after being asked to pull up to the curb because food never came out. 20 minutes later, went in to the store to ask for food all to be greeted with an attitude by a staff member asking “do I need something?” Yes??? The food I ordered and payed for? Finally got food and it tasted like garbage. Will not be returning again.

Sometimes fast, sometimes slow and most of the time no good customer service at this location. 87% of the staff present themselves as if they don't want to be at work.

Absolutely great service! Wonderful work ethic and attitude! Can’t believe the service I received at this store. This location was very convenient and the service was fast and friendly. You cant go wrong with KFC.
