Nando's Derry

Cant remember last time I enjoyed chicken this much! If its available the Garlic-BBQ is a must. So many chicken options: wings, sandwich, butterfly and more. Everything cooked perfectly!

I had to ask to be seated as was waiting around. When seated I ordered off the website and was given glasses for the water. Both glasses had food residue on them, I had to ask to get them replaced while 5 staff just stood and talked. All the cutlery was dirty, it was really fifthly with water marks and food smeared across them like they were partially washed. The food was lovely but in all honesty I’ll not be back to this Nando’s again.

Great food. Friendly staff. Speedy service. You order your food online by scanning a QR code on the menu at the table. Spacious inside made it feel more Covid safe. Had to reserve a table by scanning a QR code in the window and then wait 10 minutes for it to be ready when we got a text. Just wish we had done this earlier as we didn’t expect to have to wait at 3.30 on a Friday afternoon but turns out it was really popular!

Food wise a Nando’s is a Nando’s, theirs a reason why it always has you coming back. Good prices and good food. With Covid I was worried as you cannot go up to get your drinks that we would be lacking in refills however this wasn’t the case, David was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, possibly the best server I’ve come across in any Nando’s. All in all a great trip.

Great location for after a bit of shopping. Went to order and was seated straight away and then placed our order. After a few minutes the waiter notified us that they will be a delay in one part of the order and asked if we wanted to change or have a free starter. Which was brill t customer service by the supervisor/manger.
