Kfc - Derby

I was unable to dine in with my client, which was quite an inconvenience. The drive-thru was extremely busy, and unfortunately, I didn't receive the correct order. Not everyone has the time to return for a resolution.

Derby KFC is the best of them all! It's always clean and offers fantastic service. I wish every fast food restaurant operated as efficiently as this one. 10/10!

Food was excellent. Service merely adequate (online order was supposed to be ready on arrival 3 minutes; it took 20 more minutes). Store was clean and staff friendly. Not my local store so I'll give that it was a bad day. If they raise their gamenext time, another star will be given.

This is by far the best KFC in the State, family owned and operated. Everything is always fresh and the staff is pleasant and friendly. The store is always spotless. We buy lunch on Saturday for the staff of forty once a month and they love KFC. Keep upthe good work!
