Turtle Boat Colorado Poki Salads

I promise you this is the best Poke Bowl in Colorado. I've been to alot of them and there is no other place like Turtle Boat! ? The bowls are unique, fresh, and flavorful. It just tells me the owners care about flavor all the other places just plop everything in a bowl and call it a poke bowl.Food: 5/5

Gem of a locally owned business. Owner is super passionate and the whole menu has a big focus on sustainability. The wasabimole is especially scary good. I haven't had a bad experience or meal here. Highly underappreciated. Cannot recommend it enough!Food: 5/5

Absolutely delicious! The guys at the front were super helpful and informative. Their recommendations were perfect! The food was freaking awesome, quality and fresh (plus a lot was locally sourced! . We had been searching for a good poki place and are so happy we trusted the reviews and drove down for this place! I will be telling everyone I know about Turtle Boat and will totally be back! Chef Jeremy and his brother Darren are creating art in the form of poke. Truly amazing, each ingredient has a story and is part of the chef’s culinary vision. This is unlike any poke salad you will ever experience. A delight for lovers of all things local! You have to go!Food: 5/5

This is the best poke I’ve had. They obviously care about their food, and everything I’ve had has been amazing. It’s such good food.Their fish is always fresh and lovely and they have amazing sides and salads and toppings to add. They support local sources for most of their ingredients.They also have amazing vegetarian, gluten free, and soy free options. Super inclusive and always a great meal.
