Bidra med feedbackAbsolutely terrible service. no idea what has happened lately – if they are under new management or new, but completely downhill. I have my entire order wrong because the person on the drive thru window could not understand what I wanted. I ordered directly in the menu, with menu conditions. I repeated 15 times and waited patiently for him to find out what he did for 5 minutes in the menu. then the person who took the payment completely ignored me when I asked her to repeat my order back. I now have an egg muffin when I am a sausage biscuit (I don't eat eggs) and sweet coffee when I'm a diabetic. perfect! many thanks for wasting my money. throw all this in the mum because I can't eat it. also, they don't answer their phone. Normally, no evaluation would leave, but I am flabbergasted.
Everything went smoothly. The service was fast and efficient. No complaints at the end of the meal.
I love this place. I enjoy a fresh, warm breakfast after working in the morning, and they serve exactly what I need. The staff is friendly and efficient, ensuring a quick and satisfying dining experience.
Decently clean considering the location. They have awesome customer service and let me tell you guys something that's hard to believe. Their ice cream machine actually works at midnight I was shocked LOL but it was the most wonderful ice cream cone at midnight that I've ever had LOL
Given a cold Big Mac in the drive through just now. And I don’t mean it’s been 15 minutes so it’s not as hot as it should be I’m talking quite literally cold. Like it it was bought a couple hours ago cold. I’m a pretty understanding guy and get that stuff happens from time to time so this easily could’ve been a two star review had they simply answered their phone. But I suppose if you’re too busy to serve a hot burger you likely have even less time for phone calls. Unreal.
