This place serves a decent breakfast and lunch. I usually stop by for lunch. The sandwiches are a bit on the expensive side at $9 each, but they're quite tasty and generously filled. The coffee is good—while not exceptional, it's enjoyable. The staff is generally friendly and quick, and it’s rarely crowded. It's just a short walk from my office, which adds to its convenience. While it may not be extraordinary, it’s a solid choice for a quick meal or coffee if you’re in the neighborhood.

I visited Mattina's Cafe for a meeting and ended up with a brownie that was just as incredible as my mom's (and she was a baker, so that’s saying something!). I truly mean it when I say they’re perfect! If you enjoy the corner pieces, definitely ask for one—they're out of this world! A hint of cinnamon has been added to the recipe, and it really enhances this delightful treat. I can’t wait to go back for another brownie, paired with some Haagen Dazs vanilla to round off the evening.

Mattina is conveniently located right next to my office, so I find myself visiting quite often—about once or twice a week. However, it’s not just the location that keeps me coming back; it’s the welcoming atmosphere, the excellent quality of the coffee and food, and the relaxing setting. I tend to switch up my orders from time to time, but I’m always pleased with my drinks, especially when Victoria is the one preparing them! Although I haven’t tried their breakfast burritos yet, I keep hearing rave reviews from my coworkers, so I definitely recommend them as well. If you’re in downtown Denver near Coors Field and looking for a delightful place to enjoy coffee or a sandwich, this is the perfect spot!

Went in for a Turkish coffee and breakfast burrito. The burrito is filled to the brim with great tasting ingredients and damn tasty green chili. The tortilla is grilled slightly in the outside giving it a very pleasing texture, reminds me of the Döner kebab bread I would get at Turkish restaurants in Germany.
