Jimmy John's - Denver

They took my order and made my sandwich without asking what I want on it. Their explanation was they don 't have time to ask the customer what they want. Well I got a refund and will never visit this whole chain ever again because of unprofessional staff of this one store I never got at any other store in any city I been in. Jimmy John 's is a skip for me from now on.

Not only do they have bad sandwiches but the employees are horrible. The bike delivery guy is just cruising down the road screaming fu*k you!

Is it ever alright for an employee to scream fu@k you to a customer? Asian kid there gave me attitude and screamed fu@k you to me as I left. No wonder this place is rated so low. Corporate needs to get rid of that bad employee.

7 sandwiches ordered, they picked up and taken to the office to find one of them was wrong. I called and they made another problem and delivered it to us within 10 minutes. many thanks for their great service eric!

I accidentally order my birthday sandwich in the wrong place and they made me sandwich anyway so I wouldn't have to run 10 blocks. many thanks for the excellent customer service. You did my day!
