Chipotle Mexican Grill - Denver

This place cannot find out. I went in and waited once 40 minutes while they were all process order online. to illegal Pete’s for much better service. I ordered another time online to avoid a similar problem, and they were 20 minutes behind the pickup time. go to illegal Pete’s for better customer service and better eating.

This is THE WORST chipotle- first of all the google website says open till 10 pm and on a Saturday night- there should be an understanding that people want to come in till close. We came in 20 minutes till close, no one said a single thing to use for 10 minutes, and when we finally got to order we were given half the serving scoop of everything (but paid full price). Then to make it even worse a rude blonde girl came around and started spraying the glass, spraying cleaning product on us WHILE WE WERE TRYING TO ORDER. We couldn’t even order because she was in the way?? Then our burritos were wrapped so poorly they came apart the second we opened them at home. I would literally rather drive 15 minutes across town than walk to this one by my house.

Came from Dallas to visit Denver. This chipotle seemed to have some good reviews so we came in. We wanted to sit and dine in. Politely asked a lady if we could have the tables clean to which she said she was busy. We never got acknowledged as if we were not even there. My son really wanted chipotle. I told him that we would just go somewhere. Very disappointed. Management is a reflection of its employees..

Came to grab dinner to have with my husband who works in the area. A young man with long hair was so rude. Told me the bathroom was closed but let a cute white college girl use it. I asked for salt he told me they don’t carry it. He was so raciest. Just disgusting costumer service. #Racist

The last three times ordering from this store in particular have been very underwhelming. Orders consistently not showing up and 3-5 buisness days to even return your money. Turn off your online ordering if you all can't handle the business.
