Bidra med feedbackAnother stop in dallas for us and this sushi place has not disappointed at all. customer service is excellent, they can tell them that they take care of their customers. one of the chefs even came out to offer suggestions to another table that did not know what to order. we ordered 6 different rolls and they all started in less than 15 minutes, which is amazingly fast. all traditional rolls were excellent and tried some special roles that were also great. yellowtail lover roll and crouching tiger roll were my favorites. to round it off, the desert empura was roasted ice tasty, green tea ice cream, which was not bitter or too sweet surrounded by a layer of heavenly, and crispy tempura, so very good and refreshing. the prices are good, service is great, I highly recommend to come here when they are in the opposite.
The food here is so good! my man and I had the gyoza, red drachenrolle, poke roll, sigiri, lachs poke bowl and white pfirsich will. everything was fresh and good. the service was also very good. Thank you!

The best sushi restaurant ever! James Bon is a culinary artist with an amazing talent. The sushi was fresh, delicious and high quality. The Blue Fin was exceptional. We were privileged to enjoy several of James specialties. Love the warm and inviting atmosphere and stellar service. If you are a sushi connoisseur, this is a must visit. Don't forget to try the delicious fried cheesecake. The Woods family will see you soon, James and staff!I’m the husband of Betsy and I can assure you I have, I thought in my lifetime have ate the best sushi until my son introduced me to MOTTO Sushi-absolutely hands down the best fresh sushi in America and located in Denton Texas, so save your trip to Dallas and Ftworth and come to Denton and make sure you tell your friends and neighbors. If your truly a sushi conisuer (or however you spell that word) and you know what true fresh blue fin tuna is then guys you have to stop in and eat and make sure you tip your hat to James Bon, a truly craftsman, head chef and owner. Never ever seen a chef like him and his other two chefs are above top notch to his wait staff which are family. Great people, superb food and over the top employees.I can attest you will not beat this place-BEST DAMN sushi ever-thanks to my son for finding this place. It’s a regular stop for us and will be forever-thanks James-awesome place!!!!!!and you have my vote for the best sushi not only in Denton, not only in Texas but the best in the USA and I’m proud to call this place the bestWith love-Bob Woods
I decided to try the Poke Bowl because I've had such a craving and haven't eaten one in a long while. After ordering and eating their Poke Salmon Bowl. I wish I had an impossible whopper from Burger King instead. The best part of the Poke Salmon Bowl is the worst of an impossible whopper. That whopper traumatized me and I thought I've hit rock bottom the moment I bit right into it's rubbish, rubbery patty. But after experiencing the Salmon bowl, a single tear rolled down my cheek. The amount of fried garlic crisps they put in is a weak attempt to make up for the lack of texture. Ironically, Salmon is such a rare find in my bowl. I had to dig deeper than a pirate seeking for some long lost treasure, just to find 8 pieces of salmon. This shabby bowl come with 8 salmon, 50% rice filling, 15% seaweed, and 30% garlic. Just to put icing on cake, asking for spicy mayo resulted in an up charge. The audacity.
