Excellent overall, great service and ambience. True Farm to table experience.

We thought the food and service were very good. It was our anniversary so wanted to choose nice place. We visited 27 years earlier!

I recently dined at this restaurant and was really impressed by the unique and delicious dishes on offer. I particularly loved my curry goat entree, it was amazing! My husband thoroughly enjoyed his bolognese sauce and ricotta pasta. The atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant and our waitress was very knowledgeable and attentive. I appreciated that they use farm to table ingredients, and the salad we ordered was incredible - sourced from Cape Abilities, it was so fresh! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

We returned to The Pheasant for our one-year anniversary, after having our rehearsal dinner there previously. This was our second visit, and we cannot emphasize enough how exceptional this restaurant is. Erica and Adam, the owners, are incredibly welcoming and have done an excellent job running the place since they took over two years ago. The farm-to-table food is incredibly fresh and nothing else quite compares. Although the menu may be small, you are sure to find something delicious that you'll love!
