Sonic Drive-in - Denham Springs

As much money as this place makes you think they could afford a speaker at the drive-thru. This has been going on for months. Have to drive to the Window.Memorize my order from the menu because the speaker doesn't work.

I like those shakes and stuff the service is a little bit slow sometimes but from the majority of it everything is pretty

Last time I eat here $30 for stale chili cheese frito pie and wrap. Tator tots were crunchier than the stale chips. Cold corn dog not crunchy. It’s like they just don’t care that I spent $30 on their trash.

Fries and mozzarella sticks not fresh and hot burgers either. Will not return to this

Night shift manager is horrible. Food took forever to come out and then it was the wrong food. She takes it back and comes back a couple minutes later to tell us they’re making our food. It had to be 15mins later we hit the call button to ask what’s going on. I see one of the 10 people standing around in there jump because the food is sitting in the bag on the shelf. Then the extra sauce we ordered wasn’t in the bag. The girl that came out said they don’t do extra sauce even and she’s get the manager. They actually sent the manager out to tell us that they don’t use the app we ordered our food from and they dont do extra sauce. You’d think after giving wrong food and leaving food to get cold they’d be an accommodating and give one extra sauce.
