Bidra med feedbackAfter sitting and waiting a half an hour for a simple soup and salad this is thanks I get for being so patient with waiting. HAIR IN MY FOOD. Extremely upset that I even sat and was patient at all. I gave them grace due to a large crowd at one table. I’m sick to my stomach at this point. As you can see the salad is still full I just mixed in my dressing and prepared for a bite. I’m glad I looked down I would’ve eaten this.
Food was good, service was not. Saw the server probably a total of 3 times. She took our food order and didn’t come back until after we had gotten our food and were almost finished eating. Didn’t have silverware for my side salad until I asked someone else, the person I was with asked for a refill and ketchup for his burger and it took 15 minutes to get a refill and he finally grabbed ketchup from another table. I’m completely understanding when a server is busy, but for it to take that long and her walking past us multiple times kind of ruined the experience.
This was the worst time we ever had at a Longhorn steakhouse. Took at least five mins to get our server to greet us. Food was good like always but service was lacking. While we sat and waited to get greeted we had at least 3 different servers walk by. Does this restaurant chain not teach team work and looking out for others.
Steak has definitely gone down hill since 2020. I was going to give it one star, but the service is still great and the other food is great. It's just that it's a steakhouse so the steak should be the best thing on the menu not the worst. No grade A beef here anymore.
Service was above and beyond. The atmosphere was relaxed and we didn't feel overwhelmed with the crowd or long wait times. We walked in got seated and was served it a timely professional manner as you should be at a restaurant. Didn't to much care for what I ordered off the menu but my husband and 10 year old son loved there entrées! Best part was we didn't have to go find our waiter for anything she was on top of it before we had to ask. Thanks Longhorn!Dietary restrictions: My husband recently was diagnosed with diabetes and the menu here made it easy for us to find suitable food to meet his new diet.Kid-friendliness: Coloring page and crayons!
