Morrisons Cafe - Denbighshire

The restaurant was unkempt, with tables covered in old food, but luckily we found a clean one. People were leaving wheelchairs and strollers in the way, making it feel like an obstacle course. The food took a long time to come out and when it finally did, it was lukewarm. The sausages looked undercooked and the chips were dry, rubbery, and slightly burnt. The beans were of poor quality. My mother's meal was just okay, which is why I am giving it 2 stars instead of 0. Her eggs were rubbery and the chips and beans had the same issues. I would not come back to this restaurant even if someone paid me to.

I dined at this cafe around 18 months ago and it was terrible. I visited Rhyl again today and decided to give it another chance, but it was just as awful as my previous experience. I will not be returning.

To say that this restaurant is just average would be giving it too much credit. I decided to try the full breakfast and was surprised to find out that if you don't like a certain item, it can be swapped out for something else, but at an additional cost. My wife asked for bread and butter instead of toast and was told it would be an extra £1, which didn't make sense to me. The food was lukewarm at best and to top it off, the coffee machine was out of order so we had to make our own instant coffee with hot water. Needless to say, I won't be returning anytime soon. On a positive note, the staff members were friendly and helpful.

Everytime we have visited this cafe the service has been terrible. Incorrect food, cold, and when you tell the staff they make you feel like it 's your fault. Very demeaning! TODAY! Sun 30th July '23 went to cafe to try again. Well, the worst EVER! NO STAFF! Told can 't order for at least half hour as only 1 staff cooking , cleaning, taking orders. Terrible! The staff member was not very nice, made to feel like we shouldnt be there. Probably frustrated no staff but could still be nice to customers. We have visited on a number of occasions the service is always the same, poor quality. No coffee beans. EVEN STAFF SAID THE PLACE IS FALLING APART!! SHOCKING! We will stick to our local Morrisons Store in Denbigh which is absolutely impeccable in service and quality always accommodating.
