La Carreta Mexican

We are local and frequent this restaurant. Today, Tuesday May7 we dined in for lunch. We thought we were going to have slow service due to the place was packed with diners. Our server, was prompt with our drinks, chips and our meal. We ordered the ground beef chimichanga and the lunch chefs special similar to the Tres Amigos). Our food was excellent and the service was A+. Our chips, salsa and drinks were always refilled without a request. The server was very accommodating.

I tried the enchida suize, i was not a fan at all. Sauce was not good. Not a fan of the salsa either. I will not return here.

The last time I was there the food was fresh and really good.went after work today ordered the chicken flautas they were really dry and hard and my waiter was mediocre.

Great service and great food. I’ll tell you what if you want a Mexican enchilada seafood enchilada they are the best they got the best here and they go on sale every Sunday but during the week they cost a little more but on I think it’s the weekend they put those up the whole weekend, but they are really, really good. If you haven’t tried one try it if you have tried one eat some more of them they’re great. Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian quesadillas and vegetarian enchiladas, so that’s the only two I saw that I remember but with that said that’s still something Kid-friendliness: There’s always some kids in there and it’s real for family oriented for those who haven’t been there. And it still has a great atmosphere. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it’s wheelchair accessible

I'm not really sold on the food yet. I will need to go again and see if I can find something I might enjoy more.I would like to try the tamales, the tacos and the quesadillas. The chips and salsa were warm and delicious.I want to add it was not about how fresh or hot it was, because it stayed hot the entire time. Vegetarian options: There was an entire section of menu for the vegetarians. It was as plentiful as the other sections.
