Bidra med feedbackThis was by far, the absolute worst experience i've had at any first watch ever. This was one of the best places I'd go to have breakfast/brunch at. I usually go there between 12:30 and 2 pm; enjoying the nice atmosphere, amazing food, and wonderful staff. But recently it has gone down hill and fast. Today was the last straw, and I won't be coming here again. I came in at 1-1:15, and there were not many people, compared to a full house; maybe 10 to 13 other groups of 2. It took out server 20 minutes to come over, and he hadn't come to see any other people in out section, who were there before us and were waiting to order. It's fine, he could have been on his break or in the bathroom. But the food was awful. The bacon I order was burnt and old. I think the chefs cooked old, borderline bad, bacon and purposely overcooked it to cover the fact that it was old. While my daughter had unpeeled old onion in her food, the potatoes were undercooked and smelled bad. Then I has to ask out server 2 times to get a refill on my daughter's drink, which had been empty since the food arrived. And he had the audacity to roll his eyes at me when i asked. Excuse me sir, last time i checked, i'm paying for my meal and i have the right to get a refill on my soda if i want. Then he has the gall to glare at me and my daughter when we give him 10% tip. Sir you are luck you got that, you didn't come by to ask who the food was, you didn't ask if we wanted water or refills on our drinks, and you gave an attitude when we asked for refills.
The staff here is wonderful, and my server Kim was an absolute delight! I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant. The food was incredible, and I was thrilled with my choice of the Truffle Mushroom Hash—now I just need to get the recipe so I can make it at home up North! I will definitely return the next time I'm in town.
The eggs benedict featured a delicious sauce, perfectly cooked eggs, savory roasted meat, and toasted bread—plus they generously served two! The potatoes were a pleasant surprise, lightly charred and seasoned with just the right amount of salt, accompanied by a side of ketchup. Overall, this was one of the best eggs benedict I've had, and I was pleasantly surprised by how great the potatoes were. If you're looking for an excellent meal at a great price, this is the place to go!
My experience here was disappointing. It didn’t compare at all to the First Watch in Boca Raton. The eggs were both overcooked and undercooked at the same time. The breakfast sausage seemed like it was from McDonald's. The manager insisted that everything was packed properly, but there was no butter included for the pancakes and waffles, and he didn't even provide napkins or utensils in the bag. I hope that dining in is a better experience, but I would advise being cautious with takeout orders. This will be my last visit.
Jesse is an absolute delight as a server! Every time we've had the pleasure of sitting in her section, it's been a wonderful experience. She truly listens to her customers and ensures that everything is just right for your meal. I really love First Watch as a restaurant and highly recommend asking for Jesse to make your visit exceptional.
