Good carvel but staff never smiles. It's a problem for them to give you a spoon. ALWAYS DIRTY. OVERFLOWING TRASH CANS. Trash and spilled ice cream all over the side walks.

All the tables were very dirty and the floor there was very dirty and nobody in there except us, it wasn't busy so I think they should have cleaned a little Also the ice cream was even dirty, meaning there was some vanilla ice cream that fell into the chocolate. All the ice cream had a layer of ice on top also . The whole experience was awful. I do not think I will go back .

I have been here a few times throughout the years. Most visits were good. The ice cream is always delicious. The staff is always great. Sure, the floor could be a little less sticky, but they mop at the end of the night. Big deal.Like every other store in the world, they are short staffed. It's just the way it is in today's world. Sometimes, there is a line with only one employee working. It's worth the wait to stay. Be patient, but most importantly, be kind. The young person behind the counter is working hard to help everyone.I don't get ice cream a lot, but my favorite is and always will be chocolate chip mint. If you just want a little cup, get the kid's size because the small cup is a lot of ice cream.

Recent store Price increase on ice cream and toppings is crazy and lack of ice cream compared to photo of what it should be above the machines. I paid 6.93 for a medium soft chocolate cup with peanuts
