Brule Bistro - Delray Beach

Chef Suzanne and her team consistently deliver an outstanding experience. The food is fresh, inventive, and absolutely delicious. The service is always exceptional, too. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. My favorite dish? Definitely the fried shrimp tacos!

This is an outstanding restaurant! Everything on the menu is excellent, and I've been dining here for years. The food is always very fresh, the service is attentive, and the dishes arrive hot.

The service and atmosphere were fantastic, but we found the food to be a bit disappointing. The fish dip was flavorful and definitely a highlight. Unfortunately, the fried octopus dish fell short—it was dry and served at room temperature rather than hot. The combination of corn and potatoes, seasoned like tacos, didn’t work well together either.

Easily one of the best restaurants in Delray Beach! The crispy broccoli appetizer is my favorite, the ceviche, squash blossoms and chicken meatballs. For entrees, the salmon and scallops have been amazing. Truly can't miss with anything on the menu everything is delicious!!

Thank you Brule for creating the wildest flavor combinations that are deliciously out of this world. With a beautiful atmosphere and thoughtful servers we always can’t wait to come back.
