Tony's Pizza Parlor - Delano

Not as good as they used to be. Before the Pandemic the flavor was as good as it was when Tony was Mayor back in the days. I don't know what happened but they lost their touch and it's not as good as they were. Prices are still good though. But I'm going to stop recommending and ordering from them from now on. All in all it should've been much lesser what I paid for much lesser quality. The Value isn't there anymore.

We placed our order at 5:50pm and at 7pm our order was still not out. Other customers that came in after us had their pizza and were enjoying it. So we went to the counter to ask about our order and they said they forgot to make the Canadian bacon with pineapple. They said it would be ready in 15 min. We waited another 20 min and nothing. We went to ask for the 2nd time, they said it was ready but they forgot to put the pineapple. They asked us if we wanted to wait another 10 min for them to add the pineapple. I just asked for my money back at that point. Waited an hour and a half for nothing. Horrible experience

The pizza here is really good. I like mine with double pepperoni that said. The reason I gave this place 2 stars. Has to do with the poor customer service at this location. I was calling and was on hold for over an hour. I figured I would just go and order inside. I didn't hang up along the way, to see if I could order before I get there. I get there and see it's lonely. I was confused, why aren't they answering the phone. I hear their phone ring and the employee picks it up and says please hold. Apparently the caller says something about being on hold for a very long time and are bothered. The employee says they are the only one answering the phone and they don't have time to argue. I was still on hold while that was going on. I ordered, and I waited for my pizza. The whole time I was on hold still and I'm sure many others. I observed the employees, they were just talking. There was no one else in there placing orders. The phone had many red lights, people on hold. Every employee was ignoring the phone. I don't know why, it wasn't closing time yet. I got my pizza and left and the total time was an hour and half on hold. Over all its good pizza, but if you call to place an order and no response now you know why.

Amazing pizza place. Customer service was excellent. Many locals stopped in and the staff knew their names. Service was quick and friendly. Pizza dough had excellent flavors, toppings were fresh and the pizza sauce was perfect. If you are looking for a good pizza definitely stop in and give them a try. Cheese sticks were also excellent. Great flavor and definitely cheesy. Made with the same great pizza dough. Pizza and cheese sticks come with ranch. Ranch had great flavor.

My family has had two frustrating experiences with our recent orders from this restaurant. During our second visit, we didn’t even get to see the pizzas before discovering that three out of five were incorrect. When we went back to address the issue, the staff claimed they had given us an extra-large Hawaiian pizza, but it was actually a pepperoni. To make matters worse, the staff accused us of swapping the Hawaiian for the pepperoni right in front of the manager. Additionally, the two pizzas for our patriarchs ended up being half cheese and half pepperoni instead of what we ordered. The management clearly lacked accountability and failed to handle the situation properly.
