Terrible attention, the kids are just chilling to check their post, the guy with the tattoo didn't know how to read the order after more than 20 minutes waiting for two coffees, one hot and the other icy, the hot came in a cup and the milk was COLD bcz it was never STEAMED! Is incredible how much they don't care, the place was at that time? not crowded and the customer service is one of the worse I've ever experienced. Train the youngsters some customer service and team help, can believe?t nobody took care of making TWO COFFEES in 20min or more.

Very good! I didn't get a service. I tried to ask for water and was ready to wait for service as I knew they were busy. The place was essentially not even 1/2 full, but was understated. Before I even opened my mouth, a very big, sweaty, loud man came by me screaming at me? I can't help you now, I'm too busy and will try to come to you later!? He never looked at me as much as he was rushed by me. My answer? If you can't at least welcome me in a normal tone, don't you deserve my business and I went out. I was there at least 10 minutes and tried the online menu that was suggested to use all cartridges. However, no one was able to help at the moment and please see a server personally. I'll never go there again! Too many other places to go, will at least smile with a friendly one? Hello, even if she's busy.

The hamburgers were drenched in grease. I wasn’t provided with any napkins or utensils. When I requested a napkin, I was told they only had paper ones available, while everyone else seemed to have cloth towels. After finishing my meal, I inquired about why I didn’t receive a cloth napkin, and the response I got was sarcastic. I regret having gone there. Never again.

The Eggs Benedict and Veggie Omelettes are absolutely delicious! The view is unparalleled! Highly recommended!

We ordered the salmon hash and berry waffles. Unfortunately, there was hair in the dish, and it didn't resemble hash at all—more like salmon with potatoes at best. The waffle was on par with what you'd find at a complimentary hotel breakfast, served with some bruised fruit in a cup. Instead of the advertised maple syrup, they served corn syrup. Our food also arrived about 10 minutes after five tables behind us had been served, and we only received it after inquiring about our order. We probably won’t be returning; the view was nice, though. If you're considering just a morning coffee, be aware that it’s self-serve drip, and the espresso comes from weak commercial Nespresso pods. They charge restaurant prices for food that is quite disappointing.
