Noodles And Company - DeKalb

Our daughter ordered for the family on DoorDash. The dasher called to inform us when she showed up the manager said he was closing for a family emergency and could not fill the order. We ordered elsewhere for lunch. Just as we were finishing lunchanother dasher arrived with our meals.. . .Tried to stop in after work tonight to speak to someone but once again they wereclosed.

Took a while but that?s understandable they are very short staffed. Although the person who brought us our food slammed it down in front of us and stormed off.

Ordered ahead for takeout want hey a tip. I walked in and wasn't greeted, wasn't asked if I ordered ahead. 3 guys standing around behind the counter talking about how they would've beat someone up. Nice, 1 of the guys who was handling the food wastouching his nose constantly and never washed his hands and he was touching everything. The manager, a girl fine out from thebeach and doesn't say anything about their behavior, in fact, she joins in on the fun. Not the way to act or treat customers,sorry if you think it's below you to act like you're at work when you're at work but that was bad. No wonder you can't get thatplace staffed when you have people like that running it and serving customers.

Normally I have pretty good experiences at this restaurant but recently paid for a pick up order and succeeded only to arrive and find out it was closed early due to short staffing. Was told to call the next day to receive a refund when there was amanager on the clock which I did and was told i would receive and it has now been 4 days. Each day I called I was told by amanager that they would get to it only to be told again today that i?d have to call back when a manager is there. How is thisallowed??

Love this place, the food is excellent and the menu has so many options. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the presentation was done well. The staff was friendly and helpful.
