Taco Bell - Deerfield Beach

I stopped by to order two bean burritos, but the girl taking my order seemed confused. I specifically requested two bean and cheese burritos with no onions and no sauce—just beans and cheese. Instead, I received burritos topped with cheese sauce, which was not what I wanted. They were terrible, and I ended up throwing them away. Both the service and the food were disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Taco Bell really needs to improve employee pay. There were only two staff members working, and they forgot my order. The deluxe craving box was so unappetizing that even a homeless person wouldn't want to eat it. The soft taco was rubbery, the nacho fries tasted stale, and the burrito fell apart. Additionally, there was no soda available from the machines, not even at the drive-thru. I will never return and definitely won't recommend it to anyone.

Wow. Don't even bother with the drive-thru. It seems they're timing their service and just directing everyone to come inside for their orders. Once you’re inside, be prepared for a long wait for lukewarm nacho fries and soggy chalupas. Plus, the girl at the drive-thru found it amusing to see frustrated customers just trying to grab a quick meal. She laughed while I waited. Never again.

I only got nacho fries cause of my past experiences here. Thinking it would be a reasonable wait, it wasn't. I walked in and the employees were huddled up laughing and joking for a few minutes before I even ordered. After that, I waited 15+ minutes (fornacho fries! . In those 15 minutes I witnessed the employees being very nice and apologetic to customers faces.. As soon thecustomers left, they would laugh about multiple customers complaining about the wait. It was obvious there's no leadership hereand the employees take their sweet time. They were on their phones and I could tell it affected every part of their work. Icould hear them getting confused on orders and they have messed up terribly on my past orders. I hope they find some realmanagers in the future.

The Front counter girl today was insufferably rude to multiple customers today. She also yelled at people to use the kiosk instead of doing any work. It was insane, I've never seen a person working less likely to attract business outside of a prison.
