Me? ve seen couple fights here between customers and employees. (I took a few years back). Place is legitimately dirty as usual. They close all the time early. Orders are usually wrong. You never have ice cream. What did I do to earn the worst Taco Bell neighborhood?
This Taco Bell constantly gets our order incorrect, and the food is usually sub-standard for Taco Bell. Ordered 1 Nacho Crunch Double Stacked Taco, 2 Soft Taco Supremes with steak instead of beef, 1 Chalupa Supreme, and 1 crunchy taco, plus nachos and 2 drinks. Instead we got 6 Nacho Crunch Double Stacked Tacos, 1 Shredded Chicken Burrito, plus the nachos and 2 drinks. Paid $22 for about $15 worth of food.
So today I had a craving for taco bell. We ordered through the drive thru and to our surprise they had no beef. They only had chicken. We were told we could order anything on the menu so long as we were ok that with it having chicken. So we settled and said ok. We placed our order then told to pull forward and then an employee came out to bring out our order. We get home and noticed our burritos were not wrapped correctly. As you open the wrapping it fell apart. I unwrapped my hard shell taco and saw it was also wrapped incorrectly. I looked in the bag and saw the rest of my taco was in the bag. This was poorly done. Whomever is the manager should know when they are low on inventory. This is shameful for the franchise. Your staff should have more customer service training. They all have a blank stare. No personality at all.
This Taco Bell has to be one of the worst locations ever poor management understaffed all the time they give you the wrong order multiple times if I did not live three blocks away I would never go to the Taco Bell ever again. Waited over 24 minutes they close the drive-through was broke and I was second in line for 6 tacos with only two people working the whole restaurant.
