Little Caesars Pizza - Deerfield Beach

This is the worst Little Caesar's experience I have ever had. I ordered the slice-n-stix with crazy sauce, but the pizza did not come as it should have. I used DoorDash to place my order, but no one called me to confirm that Little Caesar's was not serving Italian bread at the time. As a result, my pizza was half cheese and half pepperoni, with the pepperoni side having too much pizza sauce. It was very disappointing and I would not recommend it.

The quality of the Hawaiian pizza at this restaurant has consistently decreased every time I have ordered it. The pizza is uncomfortably thin, with only a small amount of pineapple and ham. It does not resemble a traditional Hawaiian pizza and the sauce is not enjoyable. It is overly dry and lacks flavor.

Not sure who owns or manages this store, but I never waited less than 20 minutes for a hot and ready here. Last time I was there said a group of children, they had waited an hour for their pizza (what was done, the rotten girl behind the counter was simply not disturbing to let her know). If I could give this store 0 stars, I WOULD. I ordered pizza from the app and as soon as I got an email notifying me that my pizza was ready I walked into the store to pick it up. I live literally less than 5 minutes from this store and my pizza was so cold by the time I arrived home and the crust and pizza was extremely dry as if it had been sitting there for hours. I called the store immediately and I was told to bring the pizza back. Once I arrived and explained the situation for the third time the manager tells the associate to tell me it?s not her problem! They kept the pizza, never issued a refund, nor did they apologize for such an inconvenience. I asked for her name and the manager became extremely hostile and rude. It just so happens someone had the same issue before I left and they were treated just as I was. Avoid this place at all costs. Here is the rude and arrogant manager. Keep the $11 Ms. manager, you obviously need it.
