Caffè Tremezzo - Dedham

Wish it had bigger bar, less formal dining great bar scene Stacey is so great! Seems bar seats are always full bar is so fun different vibe in formal seating. larger bar or more high top seating.

This is such a quaint restaurant with food energy and friendly staff. Definitely need some patience as servers seemed newer and service was rather slow. We didn't mind as we were out and didn't have a time limit (and we we were a big party). I have been here before and the food is delicious. Some entrees were a miss this time around in depth of flavor but overall it was such a nice time. We will be back!

I hate leaving a bad review for anyone as I know all restaurants are struggling right now but it's also not fun as a customer to be so disappointed. The menu pics online for this place looked good so we decided to try it- unfortunately. Our waitress was very sweet but clearly overwhelmed and we waited a long time to order our cocktails and another very long time to receive them. The menu was not the same as what is posted on google. We ordered the house salad and the beet salad, BOTH of which were a bowl almost entirely of tasteless arugula. The bolognese was good but the cioppino was not very good and the pan fried sole was inedible as the fish had gone bad. But the rest of the party was done eating before our waitress had a chance to check on us. It was also very chilly and LOUD All in all very disappointing.

The food quality was very good, but a little pricey. I thought the amount of bread brought out to the table was miniscule. 3 slivers of a a baguette doesn't do it.We had to ask for bread a few times. Waitress was cordial.

My husband and I go to Caffe Tremezzo at least once a month and have never had a bad meal. We went again last Saturday night, and it was nice to see they were busy and well-staffed. Reservations are recommended, and they seemed to handle the crowd very well. Food, as always, was amazing, and you can watch the chefs cooking in the open kitchen. Their salmon is perfectly cooked and comes with brussels sprouts and broccolini with a carrot puree and is very delicious. We are happy to see they seem to have recovered from the quiet days during the pandemic when customers were not venturing out. I definitely recommend!
