Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

No complaints about the food, my complaint is ordering for a pick up order and pulling into the designated a slot and ATTEMPTING to call in on the number listed on the parking slot to let them know that I have arrived and NOBODY EVER ANSWERS on that number and only half the time on the store number so therefore I have to GO INSIDE to pick it up!!! Calling in the order to pull up and pick it up defeats the purpose of a CALL iN order if you still have to go in when you’re not dressed to do so. Maybe they are short staffed like everyone else and if so PLEASE take the number down and just instruct people to just come in instead of people driving up thinking they will get their order brought out to them or just don’t even have the curbside option at all!

Everybody food was amazing but my mother asked for eggs scrambled with American cheese but the first batch of eggs was regular but when the second reorder came out they had just slapped a piece of cheese onto the eggs so now we are waiting for the eggs to be corrected

Horrible service. Food overcooked. Received burned biscuits. Overcharged. Rude waitresses. Manager was not helpful.

Went in on a Wednesday afternoon for lunch. Pleasantly surprised they had a grilled chicken dish on the lunch menu. I needed something light. It was delicious. Our server was prompt and friendly. Restaurant was clean.

I stopped by for breakfast with a few friends, and our experience was delightful! Our waitress was incredibly sweet, and the food was absolutely delicious. I especially loved my pancakes! The eggs and bacon were cooked to perfection, and the hashbrown casseroles were a real treat. Everything was fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Overall, I would rate the food a solid 5/5!
