Paisano's Pizza - Dearborn

Love the food but man the delivery service is horrible 3rd time in a row they forget my pop and I remind them on the phone before I complete the order not to forget the pop and instead of just going to the gas station or somewhere near by the drivers go all the way back to the store to get it which is an additional 20 mins ?‍

The pizza and the ground beef topping is ?.. employees very polite.. parking sucks.. bunch of curb stops in the back and I didn't see it and scrapped my car on the bottom

I recently dined at Paisanos and was thoroughly impressed! The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed evening out. The menu offers a fantastic variety of dishes, all of which are incredibly flavorful and beautifully presented. I had the pleasure of trying their signature pasta, and it was cooked to perfection with a rich, savory sauce that left me wanting more. Additionally, the pizza and wings were exceptional! The pizza had a perfect crispy crust with fresh toppings, and the wings were juicy and perfectly seasoned. And don’t get me started on the breadsticks – they are so good, warm, and buttery, with just the right amount of garlic. The service was impeccable; the staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. Whether you're looking for a casual meal or a special night out, Paisanos is the place to go. I'll definitely be returning soon!

I went to pick up my pizza and bread at the time I was told it would be ready, waited out back of the restaurant for 25 minutes bc they were renovating the front of the store. Finally I got my food and drove to work. As I was pulling into work I got a call letting me know that they accidentally gave me the wrong pizza, and would credit my account to make up for the mistake. Well fast forward a month and I tried to redeem my free pizza and neither the person who answered nor the manager would give me the pizza I was promised. I was called a liar and told there was nothing I can do, and the guy on the phone laughed and said u shouldnt wait a month. I work in the area but normally don't come to work til midnight so I don't eat at work normally unless I get scheduled to come in 4 hours early like I did today. Furthermore I will never go back to a place that 1 stole from me (bc I got a chz pizza when I ordered a special) nor will I give my hard earned money to a business that calls me a liar.

Never ate here before but will be making many a long trek from Redford for this Pizza, it's that good. I was blown away there was still cheese pull, crust crunchy after 10 minutes in the box. Wow!!!
