Bidra med feedbackUnfortunately, everytime we walk in, the taste and quality goes down thru the years. But 2 days ago... we got a mixed half dozen of sweets and ended up getting food poisoning... it was from the chocolate eclaires. My husband and I split one, and it tasted really weird, and the bread on it was extremely stale... as if it was weeks... not days... but weeks old. Let me put it this was.... we've been non-stop in the restroom, and our stomachs have completely fallen apart. I am on the verge of puking constantly. Thanks a lot, dearborn sweets. Never again. Tip to the owner.... don't keep things in the fridge that have not sold ? they tend to go bad and give whoever eventually eats them food poisoning.
We ordered a birthday cake over the phone and were able to text a photo of the image we wanted. It came out perfectly. The cake itself was delicious. Light and buttery white cake with custard between the layers and the buttercream was so smooth it had a whipped light texture. Sweet but definitely not oversweet.
Compared to Arabic sweets that I tasted in Jordan the last month, it's literally trash!!Don't waste your money here
Do not miss out on this place! We always get their birthday cakes, baklava, and fruit tarts, nothing is too sugary. You can select your own varieties for the baklava tray, so fresh!
I purchased a vanilla strawberry cake for my son’s birthday. The frosting they used to write with bleed on to the cake which made it look old. The cake itself was bland, grainy and spongy in texture. My son who I bought it for liked it. I’ll stick to holiday market.
