We had the fettucini ai funghi and the rainbow pad thai. The pasta was tasty and Al dente, which is good and not always common in restaurants. Waiter was very friendly

The açaí smoothie is absolutely delicious with a fresh mix of fruits. The range of coffee and tea selections are great with multiple options to pick from. I feel that the pricing is higher than neighboring restaurants given the items presented. The hummus was served with toasted pita breads covered in zaatar along with olive oil and vegetables. The food was good and along with the lovely ambience due to the location, the overall experience was wonderful.

Shakespeare Co is your go-to place to unwind. Hands down. With its delicate Victorian themed interiors to its comfortable seating, you won't realise the hours pass by. This branch at Souk Al Bahar has a great and spacious indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor area has a lovely view of the fountains and they offer shisha as well. Shakespeare Co has an extensive menu which taps into different cuisines. We started our food adventure with their every popular Penne Arrabiata The pink sauce is slightly spicy which adds a good punch to the flavour. We also tried their Hummus Trio which is vegan friendly. It usually consists of classic hummus, jalapeno hummus which is spicy and the beetroot hummus however they mentioned the beetroot hummus was not available, hence they enquired if they could provide the classic or jalapeno hummus instead. We opted for the classic hummus which was fine. The dish is served with Za'atar Chips and pita bread. We were curious to try their Croque Ma'am Sir and it was beautifully presented. Although the portion of the dish seems ideal for one person, the dish is quite heavy and can be shared by two. The turkey ham and bechamel sauce and melted mozzarella were sinfully good and the fried egg on the top gave the dish an added element of flavour and texture. The service here is top-notch and the price range is fair. A great place to visit with family and friends. Definitely recommended.
