Eating was wonderful and can not wait to try the next escape.

Celebrate the birthday of a friend at sky! enjoying trying new sushi roll was the paradise roll delicious! our server dillon was involved, attentive and funny!

Excellent sushi and hibachi dinner we have the hunch and the steak.

My family loves the Sky sushi creations. The other family members found other things on the menu to enjoy as well. We had a party of 10 and they accommodated us very well.

Great food and atmosphere. There was a struggle with staffing level versus customer census and the ability of the kitchen staff and wait staff to keep up. Our waiter, Dylan, was swamped, but stayed composed and tried to get back to check on our table several times. We remained patient because most restaurants are short staffed. Hope this changes soon! Our party of five ordered several appetizers (Squid, Kettering Role, Pot Stickers, Crab Cheese, Edamame) and a variety of entrees (pictured). All were delicious! We had reservations and expected to be there 1.5 hours prior to another evening engagement. We were there nearly three hours because of food, drink, and dessert delays. Our evening plans at Carillon Christmas after dinner had to be cut short, unfortunately.
