Bidra med feedbackI had a good experience people are very friendly here you get your food correctly delivered to you. The only problem is is they will take four or five orders from one lane and then for 5 orders from the other lane and people are driving away and not happy.
Their service is terrible! I was at the front counter for over 5 minutes and no one even acknowledge I was there! The manager has an attitude of not trying to help the customers and is not very knowledgeable about how the online mobile app works! Their floor is so slippery, the employees are sliding around trying to get their orders together! Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I was on my way to work and I ordered from the drive thru and from the start of ordering, I knew it wasn 't going to end well! The line wait was extremely long. I told the order taker which meal I wanted and instead of allowing me to tell her the condiment options that I wanted, she loudly blasts do you want medium or large? as I 'm talking to her. Well, dang how about letting me finish my sandwich options before we determine that!! Then, I move up to pay, then move to next window to receive food. As soon as I received the bag I could smell onions--which I don 't eat and specifically said I didn 't want! Upon voicing my disappointment in receiving something I had not ordered, and asking for my money back because I didn 't have all day to wait, I was told to move up to front door entrance and that order was being promo 'd. I asked how long it was going to take since I was on my way to work, she says not long. I waited over 10 minutes, not knowing what the heck was going on! I finally got out of my car and went inside to the pick up counter. Someone asked me if I needed help and upon telling her (possibly a manager) what was going on, she tells me, while shrugging her shoulders, I gave her your money . Ok?-so what does that mean? She asks the person at the window where is the money I gave you? It was sitting on a counter, where she goes and gets the folded up bills with coins inside and hands it to me! No apology or anything and goes back to working...WOW! I will not return to this restaurant.
I LOVE this McD's!! They will help you in the drive-up window with coupons on the McDonalds App if you need them to. They are always kind of helpful and friendly. They have never ever gotten my order wrong or slopped it up with too much sauce! They are definitely fast and accurate . Right off of i-75, Convenient, Clean, Spacious and always a smile even on the intercom!! Parking: They're located in a building with True North gas/convenience store. There is an Air Machine in the lot next to McDonald's drive thru. They have a drive thru window and plenty of parking places. The lot is Clean and well laid out. The line gets long but it moves fast! Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room for kids to maneuver without hitting their little heads. They have lots of high chairs too. There is not a play ground here. Not in-doors or outside. Bathroom is clean, changing table too Wheelchair accessibility: The store parking lot were designed for wheelchair accessibility! The front walk is graded for ease to enter, very nice and wide and thoughtful. The doors open in the right direction to get in with your chair, walker, crutches, anything!!
I ordered a pokemon happy meal and they gave me a guess who game inside of a Pikachu box and then they started talking amongst each other and when I waited there for 3 minutes at the drive thru pick up window they came and acted as if I was an inconvenience sry pal, gotta catch em all!
