Maverik Adventure's First Stop - Dayton

My husband always orders his coffee here. The staff is friendly and makes an effort to repair the machines as quickly as possible.

I used to really love Maverik, however, as this store has aged, the service has done downhill. Store is pretty dirty, a lot of the equipment is out of order, and the staff don't seem to care too much. Signs like the one I posted show you the attitude of the staff.

The young lady at the register was extremely rude to me so I walked out without spending a single Cent. there's plenty of gas stations that I can give my money to. Please give disciplinary action to your employee whoever it was working at 7:45 p.m. Sunday May 3rd 2020

We love Maverik! Always clean, always fresh food and great prices on Gas. My favorite place to get gas in Dayton!!

Update on my previous review: I still haven't received a response from corporate through Yelp or Google. I would appreciate at least a message on Yelp indicating that their quality department has seen my feedback. I understand that negative reviews can sometimes be an emotional release, but my recent experience was genuinely poor. I'm not expecting a personally handwritten letter; I just want assurance that they might look into the issue. With so many cameras throughout the restaurant, it seems reasonable to expect they could review the footage—especially with audio—to validate my concerns.
