Chief Spring's Fire Irons Brew Pub

So happy we stopped in here! We got a pretty random assortment of food and were not disappointed at all! We started off with an appetizer pretzel that was soft and hot and the cheese dipping sauce was perfect. I got a Pike Pole Honey beer and for someone who doesn't love beer I was floored. Normally I take a sip and move on but not today. I will be thinking about that beer for a while. For lunch we got a gyro with tater tots, Philly cheesesteak with onion rings and a mini pizza with pepperoni and bacon. The gyro had the perfect amount of everything! The onion rings and tater tots were large portions and crispy. The Philly cheesesteak was soft and flavorful (my husband said it could use a bit more cheese but I liked it as is). My son got the pizza and it was fantastic. Lots of cheese, lots of meat and the right amount of sauce. I would happily recommend anyone come here! We will definitely come back if we are ever in the area again! Edited to add: The service at the bar and the wonderful gentleman who cooked our food was top notch! Everyone is helpful and patient!

Great food beer. Chief Springs made me think of my dad, also a firefighter. All kinds of firefighting memorabilia. Service was good no complaints.

Absolutely great place to check out. Calzone was delicious and drinks were incredible. I've never been a fan of beers but I wanted to give them a try, definitely plan on doing it again. All of them were delicious, service was great, environment was great. 10/10.

Must Stop Here!!! Dayton is a quaint little town most of us drive through on our way to Walla Walla. The brewery has amazing beers and fantastic pizza. Before you get your wine weekend on, take a break and try this place out. I'm glad we did.

Amazing pizza, every beer was delicious and the wait staff very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend. I liked that the pizza arrived in a take out box, we couldn't finish our med Italian, so good , made it handy to take home
