I would rate them a 0! Go to BGH for ice cream instead. They are actually happy to serve you.We have a place on the island but will not be spending a dime at Island Rainbow ever again and will ensure that our guests know as well. The dark haired girl working this afternoon was extremely rude and acted like we were a nuisance. We have ordered a pizza from here as well to bring home and it was way undercooked.

Great pizza! I get it every time I visit Dauphin Island and highly recommend.

They opened past their normal hours at 4pm. We try the door once they finally turned their lights on well PAST 4pm and it wouldn’t budge. Made eye contact with people inside and they just stood there looking at me. While customers piled up on their deck waiting on them to open their door, they finally came out and said “the door sticks.” Finally go inside and ice cream isn’t stocked and the guy inside didn’t even know if they had more. Don’t waste your time this place is beyond a joke.

Yeah, ice cream was pretty good. One problem we had was that one of the freezers was not working well so the ice cream was super soft and melted quickly. I liked the cookies and cream, ice cream and the praline flavor
