The Orangery - Darley Dale

This place is just so beautiful, inside and out. The staff are the loveliest, friendliest, yet most professional. Eating here, or even just having a coffee on the terrace is an experience. Been here a couple of times now with Mum and Dad in law. You are treated with courtesy and love yes, they make you feel loved and valued. Well done all of you

We visited the restaurant without a reservation and were kindly invited to wait in the bistro until it opened at 5:00 PM. The ambiance is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the food is excellent and reasonably priced. The beef was cooked to perfection—tender and juicy—and the bratwurst was incredibly well-prepared. A special thank you to Gave and Becky for taking such good care of us.

This is an incredible restaurant where the food is both delicious and flavorful. The ribeye steak was outstanding. The staff is professional, friendly, and very helpful. I give them 5 stars for their service. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This place is part of a retirement community, which might have caught us off guard if it weren't for the automatic doors and the lovely clientele eager to share pictures of their grandkids. However, that shouldn't deter anyone from stopping by for a meal. The food and service were both good, and dining on the west terrace was truly enjoyable!
