Bidra med feedbackI paid $20 for two sandwiches, but it wasn't the price that bothered me. I would choose a Wawa breakfast sandwich, sitting all day on the warmer, over this sandwich any day.
I strongly urge the management to address the issue of homeless individuals loitering in this cafe. I witnessed a man openly drinking from a liquor bottle right next to me inside the establishment. When I reported it to the barista, she confirmed he hadn’t made any purchases. Surprisingly, she felt unable to ask him to leave, despite his intention to stay without buying anything. Instead, she allowed him to remain as long as he didn’t drink, which seems unreasonable. If the owner is reading this, please empower your staff to remove individuals who are not customers but are taking up space. It’s a straightforward solution.
I visited a small, quiet café near my Airbnb in Philadelphia with my mom for a quick breakfast on a weekend morning. The café was mostly empty when we arrived. We ordered coffee, which was decent but nothing special. For breakfast, we had an avocado toast and a toasted bagel with regular cream cheese. The bagel was quite basic, and the avocado toast was also fairly simple—just multigrain bread topped with mashed avocado. I have my doubts about the freshness of the avocado; it seemed more like refrigerated avocado paste than freshly made. Overall, the café wasn’t extraordinary, but it wasn't bad either.
Please don't waste your money here! It's way too overpriced for mediocre coffee and bland food. There are plenty of other great coffee shops in the area that you should support.
Well they don't toast the bagels, they use a panini press and very weird vibes. And on top of that the coffee tastes watered down
