During my recent dining experience at your establishment, I encountered several issues that impacted my overall satisfaction. While the food was of good quality, the placement of the seaside bench in close proximity to my table, approximately two feet away, proved to be problematic. As the restaurant became increasingly crowded, customers began to occupy the bench, creating an uncomfortable situation where I felt as if I was being observed while eating. This, coupled with the sense of being rushed, not by the staff but by the close proximity of other customers, detracted from my dining experience. Additionally, I was not informed prior to my visit that the establishment only accepts cash, which caused further inconvenience.

Always good food and excellent service. Never disappointed- we are from out of state, but when in Philly, we always visit Fitzwater Cafe.
