Kfc - Danville

The pros: clean, spacious dining area and courteous staff. There are no con's since I rarely visit this place. I had a coupon for 2 chicken sandwiches for $7.50, saving some change if I paid regular price. The sandwiches were okay, but I won't be ordering that if there's a future visit.

What's happening to KFC and the quality of food they serve? For the last few times I have gotten food here, it has been awful. The chicken was overcooked. It was very dark, dry, crunchy, and tough. The potatoes and gravy had no taste. Like they added too much water to the gravy to stretch it. Yuck. I used a coupon so maybe they were trying to get rid of old chicken. And what is it about places rounding up? To take up extra money for what? How do I know it's not going in someone's pocket. I need help myself and have to save everywhere I can is why I was using a coupon.

The workers attitudes are very terrible there customer service skills are very poor there's no get-up-and-go about the workers at all. Everytime I go to the KFC in my town they're always out of stoke on many of the items that they sell

The people working there were nice and quick. Food was good. It was a little unkept in the dining area but bathrooms were clean.
