T.g.i. Friday's - Danvers

Went in tonight with my boyfriend and james was our server he’s great!! He was super welcoming and very attentive! He’s a great server.

Drinks and server was great but I was alittle confused when I ordered Chicken Parm that the chicken itself came with red sauce on it then the pasta came with Alfredo sauce on it ,it was tasty but threw me off just alittle besides that everything else was great

The past three times I've eaten there the past month or so they had MICE running around various parts of the place. Today I ordered a well done cheeseburger and got it bleeding rare which is gross to me. They were nice but slow. Insisted on taking to whole plate back to throw it out rather than letting me keep and pay for my fries. Never offered any kind of discount for the horror factor of seeing mice either, but maybe I'm expecting too much. I don't know if there's a protocol for that lol.

Bartender was nice, but there was 7 customers in the whole restaurant and they still forgot to put my full order in the bag.

Absolutely horrible! Took my kids today, the restaurant was empty, we were seated and it took 25 minutes just to get drinks. We ordered and took another 30 minutes for food to come out we all ordered burgers). Order came and 2 of the orders were wrong. The waitress gave us a story of mixed up order, and took another 20 minutes to get the right food. She dropped and disappeared, the burgers were cold and my sons burgers was raw, like raw inside. Never again, the service and quality have gone down hill. To top it off my son got sick when he got home, I called to complain and got a young man on the phoen who took my email address and hung up. Will never ever go there again, and will make sure I let everyone I know to never go again.
