Dunkin' - Danvers

Went in to meet a friend. The music was so loud it was annoying. I’ve never heard anything so bad in there. How is that allowed. Decided to go to another place for coffee. It was not the atmosphere to sit and relax.

First of all, I wanted a chokky sprinky donut but they were OUT. At 1 PM??That’s all right, I can rock wid it, so I asked for a strawberry sprinky donut. I think you know where this is going. They were OUT of THAT TOO! Alright, give me a plain strawberry donut, I said, dejectedly.As I pulled up, they took over 5 minutes to give me my food. The drinks were bland and watered down. And here’s the kicker:they FORGOt to give me my donut.Heavily disappointed

This place, the person lacks customer service. I asked for a coffee with caramel. I asked him, Do you have caramel? He told me, yes, surprise, he gave it bitter.

Horrible customer service. They messed up my order and when I went to try to get it fixed the young woman there gave me the stinkiest attitude for no reason because I nicely asked to get it fixed. She basically threw the drink back together and handed me my cup dripping in coffee and when I asked for napkins she handed them to me again with an unnecessary attitude. I had NEVER had a problem at any Dunkin’ Donuts with them fixing anything they got wrong. Management here needs to teach them what customer service is. I’ve never understood why work in customer service with an attitude like that one.

What’s the point of saying you’re open at 6 when you have employees in the store 20 minutes after 6am telling you that they aren’t open. Don’t bother coming here in the
