I ordered one large, iced coffee, extra cream, extra sugar and one small coffee With extra cream, extra Sugar And they were both wrong and one doughnut and I could’ve broken a window with it and they told me they were fresh They were both made black coffees with very little cream send no sugar I was at the drive-through window. I asked the manager if you could remake the coffee because they were wrong and I was told that I have to take them and they will not remake them and I’ve paid over $10 never ever go there again because they Are very rude and then they give you the wrong. I called Customer Service . They said they would take care of the problem and nothing has been done yet.

The person who makes the sandwiches needs to learn to read the orders correctly. Everytime I order the sweet peppered bacon sandwich I ask for it to be on a PLAIN BAGEL with AMERICAN CHEESE and it is NEVER correctly made. It's aggravating!

Thanks for someone who was on her A game. I ordered a coffee light 2 sweet and low. The young lady taking my order genuinely asked if I wanted any cream. The woman that was actually making my order told me I was all set. she heard my order. To the young lady I responded Yes hence the word light in coffee language. Just WOW ?

Went in to meet a friend. The music was so loud it was annoying. I’ve never heard anything so bad in there. How is that allowed. Decided to go to another place for coffee. It was not the atmosphere to sit and relax.

First of all, I wanted a chokky sprinky donut but they were OUT. At 1 PM??That’s all right, I can rock wid it, so I asked for a strawberry sprinky donut. I think you know where this is going. They were OUT of THAT TOO! Alright, give me a plain strawberry donut, I said, dejectedly.As I pulled up, they took over 5 minutes to give me my food. The drinks were bland and watered down. And here’s the kicker:they FORGOt to give me my donut.Heavily disappointed
