Chili's Grill - Danvers

Most of the food was good. I ordered the steak from the low calorie menu. The steak was good but the side salad was pathetic. My son 's quesadilla was good and my other son 's Mac n cheese was what you would expect. The chips and salsa (which were free if you joined their club) were probably the best tasting thing we ordered. Our waitress was pleasant but when it came time to play she wanted me to use the tabletop device. It wouldn 't read my debit card. I then remembered I had a gift card but it wouldn 't read that either. It took about 10 minutes to flag her down and she resolved it quickly. I just wish restaurants wouldn 't be trying so hard to cut the 'human touch ' out of dining out. If I wanted automated I wouldn 't pay to go to a restaurant with wait service. Also, one last note about this specific location. It is always too cold in the restaurant no matter the time of year.

The service and drinks were amazing however the entrees were not good. I got the cajun chicken pasta and there was absolutely no sauce on it. Very dry. Also my mother got the trio of apps and the fried pickles were very soggy. She only ate the sliders which were good.

The worst service ever, been here for almost 2 hours and food and drinks are all wrong, old and dirty dishes. Never coming back if i ever pass by here

Went there on Saturday afternoon with my boys and girlfriend... hostess was pleasant from there on it was horrible. After 20 plus minutes with staff walking by and not even a hi I went to the bar to order a drink and made bartender aware... about 15 minutes later manager came over and took kids order after 45 minutes of sitting.. boys order took a while but was finally brought out ..we then ordered and we never saw another person until a half hour plus before we got our food ...the waitress at the next table was trying to help but she was not assigned to our table .. no one was... 2 hrs plus to eat while people came ... ate and left. After all that they gave us a free cookie. Waitress that attempted to help was a sweetheart for her effort and I gave her a 40 percent tip for help. Place was not crowded... this was the worse service I ever had and management needs training and organization

Never been to a Chili 's before, I 'm disappointed to have to say but the food was meh at best. Our waitress was having a busy night and performed admirably. The fries were cold!? The onion rings inedible! Burger was almost RAW in the middle! And we were waiting for 20 min. To be seated With loads of empty tables. Give this place a pass IMHO, I will from now on.
