Hemmingway Bistro - Dania

There were five of us for dinner and we all ordered something different from the menu. There were no complaints, no leftovers. The food was delicious, the service excellent. Our server, Dawn, helped give our experience a 5-star rating.

We took Mom here for her birthday. It's upscale with decent prices. Angel was our server and she was awesome. My meal started with the French Onion Soup and was way beyond my expectation. I ordered the Rib Eye which was one of the specials, seasonedperfectly and cooked a perfect medium rare.

We had a wonderful dinner! The food was delicious. We tried the eggplant parmesan and the scallops for Ash Wednesday. The price for the sunset dinner was great, and wine was only $4 a glass. We'll definitely be coming back!

I want to extend my gratitude to Kevin and his team for a delightful meal and a wonderful experience. Keep up the excellent work! This restaurant feels like one of those hidden gems, and I'm really glad we discovered it.

A few months ago, I stayed at the Sleep Inn across the street and enjoyed a meal at Hemmingway Bistro, which I remembered for its fantastic food. We decided to visit again, and I'm pleased to say that the food is still outstanding, and the atmosphere is lovely, complemented by waitstaff that I believe are from Minnesota—though I might be wrong! Although the service was a bit slower than typical for a Friday night, it was still excellent. Please keep up the high standards of food and service without making too many changes. I will definitely return in a few months for another great experience!
