Hemmingway Bistro - Dania

There were five of us for dinner and we all ordered something different from the menu. There were no complaints, no remnants. The food was delicious, the service was excellent. Our server, Dawn, has our experience with a 5-star rating.

We took Mom here for her birthday. It's upscale with decent prices. Angel was our server and she was awesome. My meal started with the French Onion Soup and was way beyond my expectation. I ordered the Rib Eye which was one of the specials, seasoned perfectly and cooked a perfect medium rare.

A few months ago, I stayed at the Sleep Inn across the street and dined at Hemmingway Bistro, which I remembered having fantastic food. We decided to give it another try, and I'm happy to report that the food is still amazing, and the atmosphere is delightful, with waitstaff that I believe are from Minnesota—though I might be mistaken! While service was a bit slower than usual for a Friday night, it was still excellent. Please continue to maintain the high standards of food and service without changing too much. I'll definitely be back in a few months for another wonderful experience!

We had a lovely dinner that was absolutely delicious! We enjoyed the eggplant Parmesan and the scallops for Ash Wednesday. The price for the sunset dinner was fantastic, and the wine was just $4 a glass. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I want to express my gratitude to Kevin and his team for a lovely meal and an excellent experience. Keep up the great work! This restaurant has the charm of a hidden gem, and I'm so glad we discovered it.
